BUILDING INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Due to new law and regulation taken at 29th of June 2001, all the building must approved by Building Inspection Firms addressed by the state. In order to get building permission all the construction companies must have mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, architect and civil engineer. Building Inspection Firm inspects if the building foundation and beams are strong enough which is approved by tests and the construction has been completed according to the building regulations. Building gets living permission (iskan) only if it is approved by Building Inspection Firm.
