SALES PROCEDURE STEP BY STEP

In case client decides to buy a property here is the steps which will be followed;

·         Preparing deed of sales

·         Obtaining tax number from State Tax Office

·         Opening a bank account

·         Application to Land Registry Office and preparation of permission

·         Waiting for the permission (Around three months)

·         Registering title deed to buyer’s name

TAXES THAT SHOULD BE PAID DURING TAPU TRANSACTION;

Some construction companies include sales tax in their sales price. However according to the regulations in Turkey buyer and seller each pay % 1,65 of sales price.
